As a fitness coach and educator, I wanted to create a community of people interested in discussing, learning, and sharing information about how to use basic calisthenics to build fitness and improve health in a safe, accessible and highly productive way. Using exercise to improve people's quality of life is a passion of mine. My hope is that this community serve as an opportunity for it's members to expand their knowledge and gain, gain a deeper sense of self confidence, and use the information provided to improve their quality of life.
